1. Introduction

This CCPA/CPRA Data Processing Addendum ("CCPA DPA") supplements the Data Processing Addendum and applies to the processing of Personal Information of California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

2. Service Provider Status

AI Recruit acts as a Service Provider under the CCPA/CPRA and shall not sell, share, or retain Personal Information outside the direct business relationship with the Customer.

3. Processing Restrictions

The Processor shall process Personal Information only for the specific business purposes specified in the agreement and shall not retain, use, or disclose such information for any other purpose.

4. Consumer Rights

The Processor shall assist the Customer in responding to verified consumer requests under the CCPA/CPRA, including requests for access, deletion, and correction of Personal Information.

5. Security and Confidentiality

The Processor maintains reasonable security procedures and practices to protect Personal Information from unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification, or disclosure.
